For the past 8 years, Taylah has worked as a Program Manager and Agile Delivery Lead in the automotive and healthcare technology industries, supporting cross functional teams, stakeholders, and leadership groups in delivering large-scale operational initiatives, optimizing processes, improving organizational alignment, and maintaining governance standards across complex projects.

Taylah was able to leverage her project management, systems optimization, stakeholder communication, and operational leadership skills, along with her expertise in process improvement and workflow management, to pivot into Real Estate as a Transaction Coordinator. In this role, she helps Real Estate professionals increase operational efficiency, maintain compliance standards, improve transaction workflows, and create seamless client experiences from contract to close.
